Every order is built from your saved snapshot.
Orders
- Orders are produced based on the configuration snapshot at checkout.
- Review your selections carefully before submitting payment.
Production and shipping
- Lead times vary based on material and complexity.
- We provide tracking once the order ships.
Changes and cancellations
- You may cancel before production begins.
- Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Returns
Personalized items are final sale unless there is a defect or production error. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.
